Personal data processing

Through the forms on this site you give us your name and phone number — without them we cannot call back and confirm the booking. You may also add the rental dates, the car you chose and a comment with the delivery address.

Technical details are stored alongside the request: the page language and the advertising campaign tags you arrived with. We need them to understand which channels work.

The only purpose is to process your request: call you back, agree the car and the dates, and prepare the vehicle for handover.

We do not use your data for mailings and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

Requests go into our own CRM system hosted on a protected server. Only Aventus Rent a Car staff who handle bookings have access to it.

The data is kept for as long as it is needed to serve the client and keep our records.

The site remembers the language you chose so that it opens the right version next time.

We may use web analytics to count visits. They collect anonymous statistics and cannot identify an individual person.
